1Definitions and Scope

In this document, "crickex", "we", "platform" or "site" refers to crickexbet.cam. "User", "you" or "member" refers to any person registered on this platform. "Services" refers to sports betting, casino games, live casino, fishing games and all other gaming features available on the platform.

These terms and conditions apply to Bangladeshi users and all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before using any crickex service.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on crickex. Any account belonging to a person under 21 will be closed immediately and the associated balance will be forfeited.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Each person may operate only one account. Opening more than one account under the same name, the same mobile number, or from the same device is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts may be closed.

2.3 Registration Information

All information provided at registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. Opening an account with incorrect or false information is prohibited. crickex may at any time request a government-issued ID or other documents to verify identity. If the required documents are not submitted within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

3Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. You should not share your login details with any third party. You are fully responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify crickex support immediately.

We recommend using a strong password rather than something easy to guess (such as your date of birth or "123456"). It is also best not to use the same password on any other site.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

crickex accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank and others). The minimum deposit is ৳200. Once a deposit is successfully completed, it is added to your account balance.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Limits

Withdrawals can also be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes, though more complex verification may take longer.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Account identity verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.
• It is preferable that the deposit method and withdrawal method are the same.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wagering requirements must be met (see section 5).
• crickex reserves the right to place a withdrawal on hold during any active investigation or pending dispute.

4.4 Transaction Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted.

5Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳2,000 bonus, and to withdraw that bonus you must place bets totalling ৳2,000 × 20 = ৳40,000.

5.2 Other Promotions

crickex has various ongoing promotions. Each promotion has its own terms:

• Weekly crickex Reward: 20% bonus on deposits each week, up to ৳5,000, 15x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• crickex Cricket Festival: 30% bonus on deposits, up to ৳8,000, 18x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.
• crickex Birthday Gift: Reward up to ৳2,000, 10x wagering.
• Refer a Friend, Win with crickex: Up to ৳3,000 per successful referral, 12x wagering.
• crickex Weekend Blast: 50% bonus on deposits, up to ৳10,000, 20x wagering, minimum deposit ৳200.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are never direct cash; they cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time unless the specific promotion's terms state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse is suspected, crickex reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• The claim deadline for each bonus will be stated in the relevant promotion details.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Finality of Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. It is the user's responsibility to verify all details before confirming a bet. crickex reserves the right to void any bet accepted in error due to a technical fault.

6.2 Technical Failures

If a game is interrupted mid-session due to a server error, disconnection or other technical reason, crickex will make a decision based on the circumstances. If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a software error, the affected result may be declared void.

6.3 Special Rules for Sports Betting

• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, bets are generally refunded unless the applicable market rules state otherwise.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to internet delays.
• Placing bets on opposing markets of the same match to guarantee a profit (arbitrage) is prohibited.

6.4 Live Casino Rules

Live casino games are operated by professional studios including Evolution, Ezugi, AE Sexy and others. Each game's own rules apply and the dealer's decision is final. If a hand or round is left incomplete due to disconnection, the result will be determined according to server logs.

7Prohibited Activities

Any of the following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

1. Opening or operating an account using another person's identity documents.
2. Placing bets using bots, scripts or automated software.
3. Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.
4. Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of obtaining bonuses.
5. Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
6. Harassing other members or engaging in misconduct.
7. Deliberately exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.

8Limitation of Liability

crickex aims to maintain its services to a reasonable standard, but liability is limited in certain situations:

• Loss caused by internet disconnection or technical failure on the part of a third party.
• Service unavailability during unplanned maintenance or server upgrades.
• Loss resulting from the user's own negligence (for example, sharing a password with someone else).
• Errors in software provided by third-party game providers.

crickex never guarantees profits from gaming or betting. The outcome of all bets and games is uncertain and there is always a risk of financial loss.

9Personal Data and Privacy

How the information collected during registration and use is used and stored is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Information may be shared with the relevant authorities if required for an investigation or legal purpose.

10Responsible Gaming

11Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 Closure Initiated by crickex

crickex may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of these terms and conditions.
• Evidence that an account was opened using false or forged information.
• Suspected bonus fraud or system manipulation.
• Evidence of involvement in financial fraud.

11.2 Closure Initiated by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. In that case, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your remaining balance (excluding bonuses). If you request self-exclusion, access to your account will be blocked for a specified period.

12Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any transaction or game result, you must notify our support team in writing within 7 days of the event. Complaints made after this period may not be accepted.

Dispute resolution process:

1. First, discuss the matter with the support team via live chat or email.
2. The support team will provide an initial response within 72 hours.
3. A final decision will be made after reviewing server logs, game records and transaction history.
4. crickex's final decision will apply.
